Renée Hanson

Renee Hanson is a Jamaican-Canadian multidisciplinary artist and designer based in Kitchener-Waterloo, specializing in murals, acrylic on canvas, and digital art. Using a blend of vibrant colors and organic forms, she brings the world to life through visual storytelling. Her love for creating began early, and she has since focused on exploring abstract concepts inspired by nature, amplifying Black representation, and promoting personal growth through her art. Throughout her own journey, Renee has discovered art as a healing process and seeks to share that transformative experience with others.
